Lamb

Since Americans generally don't consume lamb as regularly as they do beef or pork, many consumers aren't sure how to safely store and prepare chops, roasts. and other lamb products. In many respects, lamb is just another red meat and is subject to many of the same concerns and recommendations as other red meat varieties.
